I have trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Trauma-Focused CBT, Gestalt Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Treatment for Sexually Maladaptive Youth, Substance Abuse and Addictions, Play Therapy and Theraplay®, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) and Traumatic Incident Reduction (TIR). I have produced publications and provided presentations at state professional conferences, churches, community centers, and symposia.
